How It Works
We analyze the organization transversally, identifying where the structure fails to keep up with growth, from operations and sales to information workflows between departments.
There are always friction points that no one sees clearly because they are part of the routine. Accumulated manual tasks, duplicated information, communication breakdowns, and lack of metrics. We map all this before proposing any solution.
With the diagnosis complete, we redesign processes based on operational logic and financial goals. We move away from informal dependencies, those that work only because "it's always been that way", and create clear flows, with defined responsibilities and measurable results.
We develop and implement the necessary systems: automations, dashboards, integrations, or internal systems. The solution is functional and tailored to the company's reality.
After implementation, we monitor the results and adjust the structure whenever necessary. The goal is not just to install a system, but to consolidate a new way of operating.

Technical Lead
Vicente is a senior developer and entrepreneur. He founded his company at age 20 and led its evolution up to €10M in annual revenue, growth sustained by the architecture of operational systems that allowed scaling without losing profitability. In 2025, he was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He currently works with companies to improve their operational infrastructure, reinforcing internal coordination and structuring processes that increase efficiency, predictability, and the capacity to grow sustainably and profitably.

Holder of 6 Salesforce certifications and a certified ScrumMaster, he ensures that every project is delivered on time and aligned with real business objectives.

Martim is a full-stack senior developer with experience in large-scale international projects, having worked with clients in Portugal and Germany. He leads the development of high-performance applications. He is a lead developer with great technical depth, combining architectural vision with the ability for direct implementation.
